How do the success fees work?

Success fees align our incentives with yours - you only pay when we deliver real coverage. Fees are tiered by publication quality (Domain Authority): National media (DA 90+) £350, Tier 1 (DA 80+) £250, Tier 2 (DA 60+) £200, Tier 3 (DA 40+) £150, Tier 4 (DA 20+) £100. Press mentions under 100 words are charged at 50%. We never charge for syndications.

How do success fees work for announcements?

Success fees for announcements are capped at £1,500 per announcement. The aim is to use one piece of content to generate as much coverage as possible, and you know the maximum cost in advance.

Can I cap my success fees?

Yes. We allow clients to set monthly, quarterly or annual caps on success fees to make budgeting easier. Speak to your account team or our sales team to put the right cap in place.

What kinds of publications can I expect to be featured in?

We use our journalist vector search to find journalists writing about your topics right now. This typically includes national publications covering specific niches, relevant industry trade media, and business-focused press. We only charge for coverage from journalists we pitched directly - all of which you see and approve on the MVPR platform.

How much coverage can we expect to get every month?

Coverage depends on several factors: how many newsworthy announcements you have, which plan you choose (which determines how much time we dedicate), how quickly you can review content, and your company's maturity. Book a discovery call with our team and we can provide specific expectations based on your objectives.

Are there any long-term contracts or commitments required?

No. All subscriptions are monthly-rolling by default and can be ended with 30 days of notice. We don't have lengthy contracts or retainers unless you choose to benefit from our half-year (10% off) or annual (15% off) payment discounts.

How do the monthly rolling contracts work?

We don't believe in locking companies into retainers or lengthy contracts. Our subscriptions are designed to be flexible and month-to-month, so you can cancel with 30 days of notice.

Is there a discount available for annual subscriptions?

Yes. Annual subscriptions receive a 15% discount. There is also a 10% discount for purchasing a half-year subscription upfront. Book a call with our team to set this up.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Can I add additional features or services to my existing plan?

Yes - flexibility is key. You can add tactics or services at any time. Changes in billing will be prorated for the current cycle.

Do you offer custom pricing plans for large enterprises?

What is your refund policy?

We've grown entirely via word of mouth and our reputation is incredibly important to us. We judge every refund on a case-by-case basis - the most important thing is that you receive a fair exchange of value.
