Embedded Tutorials inside Ivy AI chats

When you start creating an announcement in Ivy, a tutorial video now appears automatically inside the page you are working on — right at the moment you need it.

Embedded tutorial video

What it means for customers

When you start creating an announcement in MVPR, a tutorial video now appears automatically inside the page you are working on. If you have follow-up questions or want more guidance, you can ask Ivy's AI assistant directly and have a natural conversation; where a relevant video exists, Ivy will surface it for you to watch without ever leaving the page.

Why we built it

We noticed that new users often receive training on announcements but then have a gap before they actually use the feature, meaning the steps are no longer fresh when they sit down to create their first one. By surfacing the right video at exactly the right moment - and letting users ask for more guides through a natural conversation with Ivy. Like this we hope to remove that friction and make help available on-demand.

Use cases

  • A new user who completed onboarding weeks ago opens the announcement tool for the first time and immediately sees a step-by-step video guide inside the page — no support request needed.
  • After watching the tutorial, a user asks Ivy a follow-up question about a specific step, and Ivy pulls additional relevant videos from the knowledge base for them to watch in context.
  • A user who rarely creates announcements returns to the feature after a long gap and is guided through the process without having to remember earlier training.
  • An organisation onboarding multiple new members finds that staff can get up to speed on announcements independently, reducing the need for repeated internal walkthroughs.

Why it matters

Getting the right help at the exact moment you need it without leaving the page you are working on is far more effective than searching for it after the fact.

This update means less time lost to confusion or support queries, and a more confident, self-sufficient experience for anyone creating an announcement.
